Our ELECTION, Is It Fair Enough?

As our country use democracy system, we used to hold election to choose our representative in government. We are free to choose, because we have same rights. The candidates promote their selves to attract public’s responses. So, sometimes people doubt whether the election is fair or no.
Our country has a commission to handle this event. By forming this commission, the government wants the election to be fair and make the society believe in government. We are free to choose. It means that we are not forced to choose someone. So, it must be fair. Our representatives also have made laws which describe how the election should be done. If all components of this country obey the laws, we will get the best result, the one who will be our next representatives who really deserve it.
However, even there are many commissions formed for election or if the newest laws made. If our society do not care, it will be useless. Our community used to break the laws. Unfortunately, it has become habit year by year. The candidates also used to do everything no matter it is right or no, to reach their goal, to win the election. Often we see clearly that they buy off the community. Such as share free T-shirt, share money, and give fake promises to the society. Of course, there are budgets from country for the election. The costs are received by the commission then they will process it. It is possible for the member of commission to corrupt the money.
So, I think election that has been held in Indonesia is not fair. Actually the rules made are good enough. However, the rules are not use effectively. Since there are many unfair practices, like money-politic.
